When I started with yoga I was mostly interested in the physical aspects of yoga. The more I discovered about yoga, the more I realised yoga is about so much more then postures. I started digging deeper in on the philosophy, the breath-work, the meditation and embodied movement of yoga. It took me gradually further on my journey through life and it brought me a teaching style that is personal, raw, unique, light & spiritual.
Since March 2021, I added a different dimension with an Holistic Health Coach Training.
What I love in life?
Conscious breathing, the moon, green tea, raw chocolate, the sound of the wind, sunlight, and fire, handstands (getting there), scents & strong flavours, the universe, butterflies, passion, oil massages, coconut, my horses, blueberries, self-study, roses, jasmine, dragonflies ... and teaching.
