SERENE was born out of the need for a ‘safe place’. A place to just be, to read, to sit, to breathe. A place to become more aware, more conscious, about ourselves and the world we live in. Where we are free to learn, hear insights or share our beliefs. Without judgement or demands. Where we can explore our mind-body-heart-connection.
Serene is the place where you can move further on your personal path in order to grow unified in beauty.

These open-hearted conversations are so powerful. You are always a teacher, and always a student. That is the beauty of life. We always have something to give and to take in. What that is depends on where you are in that moment.
There is no goal, rather an opportunity to create a bigger sense of awareness, far beyond the discussed topic. It allows us to take further steps on our personal growth path. In other words: you develop more tools in your emotional toolbox.
