SERENE was born out of the need for a ‘safe place’. A place to just be, to read, to sit, to breathe. A place to become more aware, more conscious, about ourselves and the world we live in. Where we are free to learn, hear insights or share our believes. Without judgement, or demands. Where we take a look into our mind-body-heart-connection. Serene is the place where you can move further on your personal path in order to grow together in beauty.

What is a Centre for Awareness?
A Centre for Awareness is a place where all elements of life come together: energy, connection, nature, compassion...
From the eco-shop to the Heart to Hearts, everything we do in Serene is created to make us more aware. This consciousness allows us to be more mindful in this world.
What are mindful workshops?
Our workshops are designed with one goal in mind: to create a mindshift in a gentle way. Different workshops are organized in SERENE: reading sessions, 360-coconut workshop, intake to Feng Shui, blindfolded yoga…
Our regular workshops are on hold, waiting until we can reopen SERENE INDIA.
What are Heart to Heart talks?
The Heart to Hearts are honest, openhearted conversations, where sharing without judgement is key. There is no goal, rather an opportunity to create a bigger sense of awareness, far beyond the discussed topic. It allows us to take further steps on our personal growth path. Or differently said: you get more tools in your emotional toolbox.

The products in the eco-shop are selected or designed for their purity, beauty and simplicity. We consciously do not offer a wide range of products, simply because the point is not to indulge in a world of consumption but to take care of ourselves and do it in a way without harming human or nature.
