We want you to be happy with your purchase. In case you are unhappy, you can return your order as long as the following conditions are satisfied:
- you inform us within 14 days of your purchase.
- you inform us via email at letusknow@serene.eco.
- the product(s) where you are unhappy about are sent back in their original state, including any packaging or labels. The customer has full responsibility of the product until it reaches us.
- All shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, and will not be eligible for a refund.
- Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Good to know: the RePack-package can be used also for returns, free of charge.

We offer free shipping in India & Belgium from 149 Euros.

Under 149 euros or outside of India & Belgium we charge:

- INDIA & BELGIUM: 4,50 euros
- NETHERLANDS, GERMANY, FRANCE, SPAIN, LUXEMBURG: 8 euros
- OTHER COUNTRIES: shipping rates depend on the country. Please, contact us to know the shipping rate for the country where you would like to receive the package.

 

Supporting the environment, we use RePack. How does it work?

- There is a charge of 3,5 Euros for the RePack-packaging, added when you finish your order.
- Once you resend the RePack to the indicated address (free of charge), you’ll receive a gift voucher of 5% via mail. You can use the voucher in any of the stores using RePack.

Once the RePack depot has received the returned package, you’ll receive the link to your voucher in your mailbox.
