RePack​

To support the environment, we use RePack. How does it work?
- There is a charge of €3.50 for the RePack packaging, which is added when you finish your order.
- Once you resend the RePack to the indicated address (free of charge), you’ll receive a gift voucher for 5% off your next order. You can use the voucher in any store that uses RePack.
Once the RePack depot has received the returned package, you’ll receive the link to your voucher by email.
Good to know: the RePack package can be used also for returns, free of charge.

RETURNS
We want you to be happy with your purchase. In case you are unhappy, you can return your order as long as the following conditions are satisfied:

- You inform us within 14 days of your purchase.

- You inform us via email at letusknow@serene.eco.

- The product(s) you are unhappy with are sent back in their original state, including any packaging or labels.

- The customer accepts full responsibility for the product until it reaches us.

- All shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer, and will not be eligible for a refund.

- Items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
